Easternwell 2021 JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - TERM 4

The Northern Spirit Basketball Club 2021 Junior Development program will commence on Friday October 15 and run throughout Term 4 2021.

This program is a FREE in season development program supported by Easternwell and provided to NSBC junior members ONLY.

The program has been devised by Coaches - Clayton McIntosh (Current Level 2 Accredited Coach), Aaron Chambers & Simi Cagilaba.

The program will address areas required for development and performance for the 2021 season and beyond, including;

• Point guard skills

• Speed & agility

• Team play

• Defence positioning

• Shooting dynamics

• Strength & conditioning

This program is open to our junior #ballers in the below age groups;

U12 - Born 2010 & 2011

U14 - Born 2008 & 2009

U16 - Born 2006 & 2007

All participants are required to BYO Basketball and Waterbottle.
